Come and join us in our online Grow Hub presentation session and learn about our vision, programs and projects. We will also be explaining how you can be involved, and lead community based projects for expanding mental health awareness and helping yourself and others grow.

Trauma Informed Workshop
In this 2 half day day workshop, you will be learning about trauma and PTSD, and how trauma experiences can effect our mental health, our community and generations to come.
We will also be explaining how we can use our trauma informed awareness to create change in ourselves, our society and organizations.
​
Attending this workshop will allow you to become a member of Grow Hub Family, and to be able to participate in our programs and projects as trauma informed facilitators and Grow Hub's agents of change.
